Q: Can you do OEM and ODM?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM are both acceptable. The material, color, style can customize, the basic quantity we will advise after we discuss.
Q: Can we use our own logo?
A: Yes, we can print your private logo according to your request.
Q: What is your delivery date?
A: It depends. Normally, 15-30 days after received the deposit and confirmed all the details.
Q: What are the terms of payment in your formal trade?
A: Our trade term is EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF. Payment term is 30% down payment by T/T before bulk production,the balance paid before shipping. (L/C at sight is available).
Q: What preferential terms you could give me if I increase the order's quantity?
A: More QTY, more discount.
Q: Can we mix the 20ft container?
A: Yes, if the items are meet our min order qty.
Q: If I want to visit your factory, which is the nearest international airport or domestic airport?
A: Hangzhou airport is the nearest airport, or Pudong/Hongqiao airport(Shanghai) is ok.
Q: How long can I get samples?
A: 10-20 days to send sample via DHL, UPS or other international express.
Q: What can we buy from you?
A: Melamine Veneer Door, PVC Door, PET Door, Vacuum-formed Door, Man-made Substrate Board, Door Panel, Wall Panel, Cabinet Wardrobe Panel, and Wardrobe.
Q: How could you guarantee quality?
A: With well-equipped facilities and excellent quality control throughout all stages of production enable us to guarantee total customer satisfaction. And we conduct inspections at every stage of the process. and always make pre-production sample before mass production and final inspection before shipment.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: Generally, 50 sets for each model.
Q: What's your policy for samples?
A: For small sample, we can offer for free. For completely doors, we have to charge some cost on actual situation.But we will refund the sample charge to you if you place bulk order later on.
Q: How can I confirm that my order has been completed before making the final payment?
A: After finish production, we will send you production photos. If no problem, then please kindly pay the balance.After the container is loaded, we will send loading details (DPL) and loading pictures for your reference.
