The functionality of a door is its most practical and fundamental issue. The commonly referred usage functions include: door opening performance, door insulation performance, door sound insulation performance, door fire resistance performance, door anti-theft performance, wind pressure deformation performance of external doors, air permeability and rainwater leakage performance of external ecological doors, and overall strength of doors. These are the primary considerations we have in our design.
When designing, the functional use of the ecological door should be determined based on the different usage locations and parts of the wooden door. Then, incorporate these functions into the design process. To achieve these functions, consideration is usually given to both material selection and craftsmanship.
In terms of material selection, raw materials with high self destructive strength are usually chosen; Choose raw materials with loose structure, good insulation and sound insulation effects; Choose non flammable or flame-retardant treated raw materials, etc.
From a technological perspective, consider nodes that are convenient for achieving the above functions. For example, seal the joints between the ecological door frame and door leaf, and between the ecological door leaf and door leaf; Ensure appropriate gaps and other suitable structures at the joints between door frames and door leaves, as well as between door leaves.
